Directions
- Heat oven to 350F. Generously grease an 8x8 baking and line with baking paper. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, almonds, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Original Powder Drink Mix (Classic French Vanilla flavor), cinnamon, baking powder and sea salt.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the vanilla, eggs, mashed banana, milk, and melted coconut oil. Pour wet mixture into dry, stirring to combine.
- Fold in strawberries and blueberries.
- Transfer to the baking dish, and spread in an even layer, topping with additional berries, if desired.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set.
- Slice into bars.
