Ingredients

1 cup

fresh raspberries

3 tbsp

chia seeds

1½ cup

whole milk Greek Yogurt

½ cup

low fat milk (1%)

2 packets

Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Drink Mix (Classic French Vanilla flavor)

2 tbsp

almond butter

½

banana, sliced

½ cup

granola

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash raspberries. Add chia seeds and let sit for 15-20 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Drink Mix (Classic French Vanilla flavor), and almond butter. 
  3. Layer the yogurt, raspberries, and banana slices into a popsicle mold.
  4. Top with a sprinkle of granola.
  5. Place a wooden popsicle stick in each mold, and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run the mold under warm water until they loosen.
